We found the Everest Inn in Hythe in May 2008, while on vacation in England visiting my parents, who live in a nearby town. The restaurant opened for lunch just as we arrived and was empty. We like good Indian food and were hungry, so we went in. The food was so great, that we enthusiastically told my parents about it... and ended up going back there for dinner that night with the whole family! The owners were very friendly and they even gave me some Ghurka beer glasses, which made their way safely back to California -- but unfortunately didn't last long once they got here! Anyway, we went back to the Everest Inn a third time before heading back home. Only one thing would make Everest Inn better... an Orange County, California location.
